Everyone has their own definition of exercise


Exercise intimidates many people. Some of us are unsure of how to exercise. Others of us don't know how to fit it into our already busy schedules. Rest assured, exercise does not have to be much. True, the more the better, but research shows that just 30 minutes of moderately intense exercise three to five times per week is effective. This small difference in your routine can have HUGE effects on your long term health.
